We are looking for ML Researchers for METR, to conduct experiments on cutting-edge LLMs and create benchmarks for future AI developments 🚀

METR works with OpenAI, Anthropic and other leading labs — for example, they evaluated GPT-4 and Claude 2 before release. METR’s research is cited by government officials, and their primary goal is timely discovery of dangerous capabilities in ML models. They do this by giving models different tasks — like calling someone online or replicating an ML paper — and observing the outcomes.
